Executive Director, Harvard Business School
For nearly 30 years at Harvard Business School, Carin-Isabel Knoop has been working with and writing about managers and leaders worldwide.
Her interest in their work-life and productivity challenges lead to a set of publications centered on mental health at work, including a Springer book on Compassionate Management of Mental Health Issues in the Modern Workplace.
Her recent pieces apply these themes in the context of Covid and aim to promote diversity of thought, adaptability, and human sustainability at work. In this context, she engages with organizations, advocacy and student groups, and employee benefit organizations to promote Mental Health by All and For All.
